My experience at Abella Hotel was a mixed bag. I was excited about the grand description of the 4-bed apartment, but it was a total letdown upon arrival. On the bright side, I found the location fantastic and the staff somewhat friendly, yet my overall stay left much to be desired.

Rooms
5.0
The room we received was far from what was promised. Instead of a luxurious apartment, I ended up in a moldy semi-basement room with an old TV and no view. It was disappointing.
Service
5.0
Though some staff were friendly, the management was unprofessional and argued over billing issues. I felt treated poorly when I questioned them about the apartment discrepancy.
Location
8.0
The hotel's location was excellent for sightseeing, making it easy to reach sites like the Blue Mosque and Topkapi Palace. This was definitely a plus during my stay.
Dining
5.0
The breakfast was mediocre, with options that didn't seem fresh. I was particularly concerned about the food safety after seeing the same salad out for hours.
Facilities
5.0
The amenities were basic and didn't match the luxurious expectations set by the booking. I didn’t find them up to standard.

My stay at Abella Hotel was quite disappointing overall. While the location was excellent for exploring Istanbul's historic sites, my experience in the supposed luxury apartment was far from what was promised. The apartment itself was in a semi-basement, dirty, and lacked many of the features advertised, which left me frustrated during my visit.

Rooms

I was promised a spacious apartment but ended up in a cramped, semi-basement room with a strong smell of mold. It was very different from the luxury description I had booked.
Service
5.0
Despite some friendly staff members, the overall management was unprofessional during issues regarding my accommodation. They failed to address problems adequately.
Location
5.0
The location was fantastic, just a short walk from key attractions. I appreciated how easy it was to explore the city.
Dining
5.0
The breakfast served was basic and often included items left out in the heat for too long. I was hesitant to try some dishes due to food safety concerns.
Facilities

While the hotel had some amenities, the overall experience did not meet my expectations, especially considering the lack of a proper dining setup.

I had a pretty mixed experience at Abella Hotel. While the rooftop breakfast had amazing views and the staff were generally friendly, my stay was marred by the room situation and the breakfast quality issues. It had a great location near major attractions like the Blue Mosque, but the overall service and cleanliness left something to be desired.

Rooms
5.0
The room I stayed in was quite small and had thin walls, which made it less comfortable than I had hoped. It was clean, but the small size was a bit of a letdown, especially considering how little time I spent there.
Service
5.0
Although most of the staff were friendly, I did encounter some issues with the management that really impacted my experience. It was frustrating trying to resolve room discrepancies and concerns without satisfactory help.
Location
9.0
The location was excellent for sightseeing, being so close to the Blue Mosque and other historic sites. It made it easy to explore Istanbul on foot, which was a significant plus for my stay.
Dining
6.0
Breakfast on the rooftop was wonderful primarily due to the views, but the food quality itself did not impress, especially with items left out in the heat for too long. A bit more attention to the food would enhance the experience.
Facilities
5.0
The amenities were basic, and while the hotel did offer several services, they were underwhelming compared to what I expected. The promised luxury elements felt a bit misleading, given the condition of the rooms.

I had an average stay at Abella Hotel. While the location was fantastic for exploring nearby attractions, the service left much to be desired, especially considering some staff were unhelpful. The rooftop breakfast with views of the city was a highlight, but I was disappointed with the overall dining experience and hotel management issues.

Rooms
6.0
The rooms were quite simple and clean, though a bit small. I appreciated the air conditioning but didn't spend much time in the room anyway.
Service

Service was a mixed bag; some staff were friendly, while others were indifferent. The manager's handling of issues, especially regarding reservations, was disappointing.
Location

The hotel's location was excellent, just a short walk to the Blue Mosque and Topkapi Palace. This made sightseeing very convenient for me.
Dining
5.0
While the rooftop breakfast had beautiful views, the food quality and service were not impressive. I found the breakfast options lacking and the overall dining experience could be greatly improved.
Facilities

The facilities were basic but included necessary amenities. I didn't encounter issues with cleanliness, but overall, the hotel needs better management.

I had mixed experiences during my stay at Abella Hotel. The location was very nice, just a short walk from the Blue Mosque and other attractions, but the service was chaotic and frustrating. While the staff were friendly, there were many inconsistencies with breakfast and room maintenance that made my experience less enjoyable.

Service

The staff was friendly and tried to help, but there were moments when things felt disorganized. For instance, there was confusion over laundry charges and breakfast timing.
Location
9.0
The hotel's location could not be better; it's within walking distance of major sites like the Hagia Sophia and Topkapi Palace.
Dining
5.0
I enjoyed breakfast on the rooftop, but it became repetitive and started running out of items after a few days. The food quality was decent, but not up to par with what I'd hoped for.
Facilities

There were amenities offered, but many seemed inconsistent, like the Wi-Fi that was only working sporadically throughout the hotel.
